Feeling at ease begins long before the treatment itself. From your first message onwards, everything is kept simple, personal and clear.
From enquiry to appointment
Your enquiry
Tell me which treatment you're interested in and when you'd like your appointment. All I need is your name and the best way to reach you.
Confirmation
You'll receive a personal reply with everything you need to know. Any remaining details can be arranged beforehand, so when the time comes, all you need to do is relax.
Your appointment
At the agreed time, I come to you and prepare everything for your treatment. Setup time is never taken from your booking – your treatment begins only when everything is ready.
In your home or hotel
Everything for your treatment is taken care of. All you need is a quiet, private space with enough room for the massage table – I bring everything else with me.

All you need
- Around two by two metres of clear floor space
- A power socket nearby
- Access to somewhere I can wash my hands
- A quiet, undisturbed space for the duration of your appointment
Travel & area covered
Travel within Hamburg is included in the treatment price. For appointments outside Hamburg, an additional travel fee may apply depending on the distance. You'll always know the exact amount before confirming your booking.
The short answers
Do I need to prepare anything?
Almost nothing. Around two by two metres of clear space and a quiet, private setting are all that's needed. I bring everything else with me.
How long does setup and packing away take?
Please allow an additional 15–20 minutes in total for setup and packing away. This is separate from your treatment time, so you can enjoy every minute of your massage.
Does this work in a hotel as well?
Absolutely. Aurora can come to your hotel room or suite. Just mention the hotel when you enquire, and I'll take care of the details with you beforehand.
How do I pay?
You can pay by bank transfer or in cash on the day – whichever you prefer.
